A PhD co-ordinator, dr. H. van der Boom, is available for all kinds of questions, problems and advice (e.g. related to the progress of the project, supervision, personal problems). Problems can also be discussed with CAPHRI’s confidential advisor, Prof.dr. T. van der Weijden. CAPHRI has 2 PhD student representatives and a PhD student representative in the Interfaculty PhD student committee (IPC).
The PhD co-ordinator functions as a low-threshold contact point for PhD students and their supervisors and also keeps close contact with the HR Department and Career Centre. Within CAPHRI, the PhD co-ordinator works closely with the members of the management office, policy advisor and scientific director.
